Die Lage der Wohnung Ferrara 1 ist nicht schön, man schaut auf der einen Seite auf eine Bauruine und das Gebäude nebenan wirkt sehr verwahrlost.
Die Wohnung ist nicht besonders gut ausgestattet.
Der Kühlschrank kühlt nicht richtig, es gibt keinen Backofen.
Die Betten sind unbequem , im zweiten Schla...
