Newly built chalet with private grounds in a quiet village on the coast of Llanes.
Spread over two floors, our holiday home "La Camelia" features a living room with a picture window opening to the outside, a dining area, and a kitchen equipped for your holiday needs on the ground floor.
Two double bedrooms with 1.35m beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower complete the ground floor.
On the first floor, there is a double attic bedroom with a lounge area and a 1.35m bed, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
This room also has an additional single bed for a child. Outside, there is a covered terrace with outdoor furniture and a portable grill. Parking space for two cars within the enclosed grounds. The views from the house are of the Sierra del Cuera mountain range; it is located in a very peaceful area, practically at the foot of the Cuera. The nearest beaches, a 5-minute drive away, are Andrín and Llanes.
