Holiday home in a semi-detached villa with a small swimming pool (shared) and stunning sea view, located in Felloniche in the south of Salento and Puglia.


THE LOCATION


Marina di Felloniche is a seaside village overlooking the Ionian Sea not far from Santa Maria di Leuca and the Maldives of Salento beaches.


Felloniche is characterized by sandy beach and low cliffs, clear water and beautiful sea caves that can be reached by swimming or (most of them) by boat. The distance from the sea is about 550 meters, reachable on foot (steep road).


Villetta Chiara overlooks the bay and the view is wonderful. The house, with Villetta Giada, composes Villetta Horama, that can be also reserved entirely.


THE HOUSE


The accommodation is about 75 square meters large, has 2 bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds), a nice living room (with sofa and fireplace), an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with box shower.


THE OUTDOOR SPACE


The large outdoor space is the most used area of the house during the summer. Relaxation area, swimming pool (shared with the other accommodation, solarium, barbecue area and private parking will be at your disposal.


NEARBY


Villetta Chiara is surrounded by nature where you can take long walks or a bike ride.


About that, we recommend the Volito hiking trail, very interesting and easy to practice. The route starts from the Vereto hill, continues on a rural road towards the Volito canal and ends in the Felloniche bay.


Also interesting is the Centopietre monument, an ancient funerary monument of national interest.


As previously mentioned, the area is full of natural sea caves, that you can visit also by boat with a guided tour (for further info please contact us).


Villetta Chiara is very well located. In the Felloniche marina there are the main services (grocery stores, pizzerias, restaurants, sports facilities), to find more you can reach Santa Maria di Leuca or Patù (few km).
