The accommodation is located on the first floor of a renovated building WITHOUT elevator (you have to do about 6 steps to access).

-BEDROOM 2 with double bed, wardrobe, balcony access;
-BEDROOM 3 with single bed, wardrobe, desk with chair, balcony access;
-LIVING ROOM with table and chairs, TV, balcony with small table and chairs;
-KITCHENETTE with gas hob (4 burners), dining table, refrigerator, moka coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, waffle maker, various cooking utensils, wine glasses;
-BATHROOM with bathtub, bidet and toilet.

The property is located in Colonno, a medieval village, characterized by alleys that lead to small clearings where it is possible to admire Lake Como.
Furthermore, from the property it is possible to directly access the lake thanks to a shared staircase and enjoy the fantastic view!
Among the main attractions not to be missed, we find: the current church of S. Michele Arcangelo, remains of the original Romanesque bell tower remain to testify to the antiquity of the building. Inside there are fifteenth-century frescoes. It is also possible to visit the historic Palazzo Pretura and admire the marvelous Camogge waterfalls.
From Colonno begins the Greenway of Lake Como, a pleasant walk of about 10 km suitable for everyone that allows you to discover wonderful villages such as: Sala Comacina, Ossuccio, Lenno, Mezzegra, Tremezzo and Griante.
