The original building is more than 300 years old, it was formerly a family house that has been completely restored preserving original elements, such as the exterior stone walls of the ground floor and some interior elements such as the kitchen fireplace, the troughs for the farm animals that are now a decorative piece in the living room and, finally, a replica of the old clay wash house that has been incorporated as part of the decoration of the distributor.

Just off the kitchen, at the rear of the house, is the barbecue area and wood-burning oven, with a reed-covered porch equipped with table and chairs.

The infinity swimming pool of 18 x 3m is on the lowest level of the property so it enjoys total privacy. It is designed to provide a quiet, contemplative and relaxing bath with beautiful panoramic views of the surroundings, the pool is also equipped with an outdoor shower, comfortable sunbeds where you can sunbathe, lawn area and shade.

Being right in the heart of Mallorca, the distances to the beaches are around 35 km, although the closest ones are C'an Picafort, Son Serra de Marina, Colonia de Sant Pere, Calas de Mallorca, Colonia de Sant Jordi or Sa Rápita.
