I would recommend this villa excellent location and a lovely villa with superb outside space very private and just a 10 min walk to the centre of pollenca. Owl booking were very good kept us well informed and left us alone while we were there, and their office is in Pollenca if you need them.

The location is perfect - a short walk to the town for restaurants and browsing. The pool gets the sun all day and the garden was private.
The doh me bed mattress was very firm for me and the main toilet bowl was a little stainedYou can hear some car noise in the garden but it wasn’t too noticeable

Great location only 10 minute walk into old town Pollensa and same distance to the bus stop. The kitchen was adequate but not much counter top space for preparing food. The furniture in the living room was not very comfortable and another sofa instead of the dining room table would have been better....
