LOCATION AND FACILITIES OF THE PROPERTY:
The KLEINE MEISENHAUS is located within the NATURPARK WINGST in the district of Süderbusch at the end of a cul-de-sac and on the edge of a leafy, manageable (holiday) residential area. Cadenberge (6 km) with shopping facilities and restaurants. Carport at the house (1 car) and another car parking space on the property. The garden plot is fenced in on 3 sides and mostly screened. Lawn/playground with children's play equipment (swing and slide), well-tended border planting. Terrace with furniture, barbecue and 2 sun loungers. Laminate flooring in the living/sleeping areas, vinyl flooring in the kitchen, each in a light wood look.

SITE NATURAL PARK WINGST, description of the location and surrounding area:
The nature park Wingst, a wooded geest ridge, rises on an area of about 30 km² about 30 km southeast of Cuxhaven on the North Sea. In addition to the unspoilt nature (the widely ramified Wingster Forest and the flat marshland towards the Elbe), the small communities in the surrounding area with their typical Lower Saxon half-timbered buildings and thatched farmhouses (farm shops and cafés) also characterise the area. Supermarkets, restaurant/ice cream parlour and facilities for daily needs in Cadenberge (6 km). A variety of sports and leisure facilities in the surrounding area, including a zoo with wolf/bear enclosure, heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool with 100 m long water slide, Icelandic horse stud (riding), numerous well-signposted cycling and hiking trails. Good fishing opportunities in the Balksee lake 2 km away (not a bathing lake). Near Neuhaus (15 km) water skiing facility on the Ostesee. Natural history museum 'Natureum' (changing exhibitions, guided tours, museum café). Hemmoor (14 km) with chalk lake (60 m deep, very good diving opportunities, courses on offer, equipment hire). Cuxhaven (30 km) with a sandy beach and very good tourist infrastructure. Otterndorf, 16 km away, with a green beach, saltwater pool and indoor children's play centre. From Duhnen you can go mudflat hiking or take a horse-drawn carriage ride to the island of Neuwerk. Stade (38 km) with its pretty old town and 'Stadeum' (concerts, theatre). To the apple and cherry blossom in the 'Alte Land" and possibly even further with the 'Elbblitz' (catamaran) to the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (90 km).

The holiday home was extensively renovated in 2022. Friendly, bright and cosy furnishings with loving details in room design and decoration. Good equipment. Laminate flooring in the living/sleeping areas and vinyl flooring in the kitchen; each in a light wood look.

COUTION one-off € 100 per stay. This is to be deposited in cash on site and will be refunded upon proper handover of the holiday property (e.g. swept clean) no later than one week after departure.
Linen is NOT available in the holiday property; can also NOT be rented. It is therefore essential that you bring your own bed linen/towels.
