Located just a stone's throw from the lively Puente Romano area with its chic bars and restaurants, the apartment offers a large living room with a fully open, modern American-style kitchen, and a pleasant, shaded terrace.
You will have three simply decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The urbanization features a large swimming pool, several paddle tennis courts, and superb tropical gardens with numerous green parakeets, beautiful waterfalls, and a small river that will transport you to a jungle worthy of Costa Rica! Ideal location, 100 m from all restaurants and shops, and only 400 m from the beach with its promenade connecting Marbella center to Puerto Banus.
Please note that for your comfort, we provide a STARTER WELCOME PACK with mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a few coffee pods and dishwasher capsules, which will NOT BE RESTOCKED during your stay! Pool open from Easter and the May 1st and June 15th long weekends through September, inclusive.
We cannot be held responsible for any pool closures decided by the community or regional authorities due to water restrictions implemented during drought periods.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement qui est bien situé pour la plage et son paseo maritimo ainsi que l’accès facile à la A-7 pour les déplacements en voiture. L’accueil et les réponses rapides par Servane ont aussi été appréciés. L’appartement était propre, bien équipé et ensoleillé. Nous avons bien aimé avoir accès à la télé québécoise.
