Beautiful townhouse located 30 meters from the beach and close to all amenities in the charming village of La Cala de Mijas.
Ideally situated, you'll find absolutely everything within a few minutes' walk: restaurants, shops, a supermarket, etc.
The house has been completely renovated and features tasteful boho-chic decor.
The two terraces allow you to enjoy the sun at any time of day.
The living room and its bright open-plan kitchen overlook the terrace.
You will have 3 lovely, comfortable bedrooms, each with a TV and balcony, as well as 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers and a separate toilet.
The residence is charming and very floral, offering access to two communal swimming pools and a private path to the beach through the urbanization.
Please note that for your convenience, we provide a BASIC WELCOME PACK with mini-bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, and 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, as well as a few coffee capsules and dishwasher pods, which will NOT BE RESTOCKED during your stay!
