Nice 1 bed apartment in beachfront complex in charming La Carihuela, Torremolinos.
With community pools, tennis courts and a great location next to the beach and only a short walk from Puerto Marina, this is a very good option for a relaxing and fun holiday. The bright fully equipped modern american kitchen has everything you need to eat in at the family dining table.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, full sized oven, microwave and all the utensils.
The livingroom has a comfortable sofa and access to a terrace with side views to the sea.
It is the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast or to while away your evening. The apartment has a spacious double bedroom with a large 180 cm bed which can be split into 2 single beds if preferred.
In the living room there is a large sofa bed meaning this apartment can accomodate up to 4 people. There is a modern and large bathroom with a good sized walk in shower. The apartment is fully air conditioned throughout.
There is fast fibre optic Wi-Fi and international TV.
We provide bedlinen, towels, iron and hairdryer. Set in beautifully maintained gardens with large swimming pool and a small childrens pool alongside.
The urbanisation also offers tennis courts and seating areas to enjoy the peace and quiet. From the front gate of the urbanisation you step directly out onto the pedestrian beachfront walk, lined with chiringuitos and restaurants suitable for all tastes and budgets.
A 5 minutes walk on the beach promenade to the right, brings you to the famous Benalmadena Puerto Marina with a fantastic array of shops, bars, restaurants and clubs.
From here it is also possible to take a variety of boat trips, enjoy the wonderful array of boats and yachts and not least the fascinating, unique architecture.
It is the perfect place to spend an evening shopping, eating, dancing and people watching.
The port also offers a lot of water activities for all ages to choose from. From the street side of the complex you can catch a local bus which will take you into Benalmadena or Torremolinos.
The apartment is a 15 minutes walk (1,2 km) from the El Pinillo train station from where you can take a direct train to the airport, Malaga city and Fuengirola.

Sobre todo ubicación, la terraza y distribución del apartamento
Sofá cama no es comodo para dormir al menos toda una semana. Y las ventanas no aíslan apenas. Los ruidos de los transportes que van al hotel es exagerado.

El apartamento está genial, buenísima ubicación. La pena el ruido que se oía todas las mañanas a partir de las 8:30 desde el hotel de enfrente, camiones de basura, etc.Una pena….
