This pretty finca is located not far from Pollensa town. The comfortable house offers on the ground floor kitchen, living/dining room, one double bedroom and shower room. Two further double bedrooms and a second bathroom (with corner bath) are on the upper floor. A third shower room is located in the annex and is accessible from the garden. From the sun terrace on the upper floor you can enjoy a wide view of the surroundings. Another nice place to relax is the covered veranda, surrounded by a lawn and a variety of flowers. The nearest supermarket is about 1 km away, the fine sandy beaches of Cala St. Vicente and Puerto Pollença can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.

From November to March we offer the finca for stays from one month. The electricity and heating are then charged separately and a cleaning service can be ordered separately.
