This house is the ideal choice for all those guests who want to enjoy a quiet holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of a city, but at the same time close to all services and conveniences.
The best part is the crystalline waters of the beaches, which are within walking distance, just a few minutes away from the house. Inside, on the second floor, the house has an impressive living-dining room with high ceilings, spacious and very bright with access to the beautiful balcony, with sea views, where we can share dinners and lunches with family and friends.
The master bedroom, located on this same level, has an en-suite bathroom.
On the lower level, we find three double bedrooms and a bathroom.
Between the two floors, we have a laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen, renovated with high-end materials.
Air conditioning is available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Welcome to Villa Francesca, located in an unbeatable enclave near the most desired beaches of Mallorca, Alcúdia, Pollensa, and Can Picafort, your holiday home in the north of Mallorca. Important Information: In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected at our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no trash should be left at the property.
Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016).
Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
