L’accueil et la disponibilité de l’hôte, les équipements proposés au sein du logement (machine à laver, enceinte, parasol…) , le balcon, le confort du lit, l’emplacement (proximité de la plage et des restaurants), la piscine, le calme, la station de la navette en face de l’immeuble, un centre commercial à côté du logement. Une résidence sécurisée agréable avec un beau jardin bien entretenu.
