We propose you to rent, in Marnoz, between Arbois and Salins-les-Bains, this charming gite with a shared swimming pool, of a surface of 65 m² and which can welcome up to 6 travelers. Located on the first floor of an old house dating from the end of the 18th century, it is composed of a nice living room of 22 m², an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of about 15 000 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 22 m² with Wifi, sofa, armchair and dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 : two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even more comfort : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron, raclette and fondue machine.
Outside :
- An above ground swimming pool of 7,2 X 3,6 meters, shared between the two gites, open and heated as soon as the nice days arrive. Free access, all children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent.
- An enclosed garden of 15 000 m², shared between the two gites with all the necessary furniture to enjoy the beautiful days (garden furniture, deckchairs). Swings, a trampoline and a petanque field are at your disposal to entertain young and old.
The accommodation is ideally located in Marnoz, in a very pleasant and calm environment. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
