Two-story villa with two terraces, a beautiful outdoor area with garden furniture, and a pool with views of the northern golf course.
The villa is located 300 meters above sea level in the Salobre Golf course, with views of the golf course and mountains.
It is the perfect location, just a few minutes' drive from the beautiful golden sand beaches of the south of the island. The House The two-story villa is bright and modern.
Upstairs, there is 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower.
On the ground floor, there is 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and 1 living room with a dining area and kitchen.
The house is fully equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer, crib, high chair, safe, air conditioning (hot/cold), unlimited internet access (WiFi), satellite TV, and DVD player. The Outdoor Area The house is located in the first row of the north golf course, and the pool area offers a beautiful view of the golf course.
Outside, there is a covered terrace, dining area, sun loungers, barbecue, garden, parking, and a private pool (5.5m x 3.5m) with electric pool heating (fee applies) and solar pool heating (not guaranteed). Notes Towels and bed linen are provided. Intermediate cleaning with change of bed linen for stays longer than 7 nights. Pool cleaning once a week. Bread service (per person) €1.50 / day. Deposit of €300. 1 child up to 2 years in a crib: free. No pets allowed. No smoking, except outside. Minimum stay of 6 nights. Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out until 10:00 AM. No parties/celebrations of any kind are allowed in our villas and houses. The Surroundings The house is located in a beautiful complex in Salobre Golf.
Two 18-hole golf courses invite players to improve their skills under the sun.
Non-golfers will also love the beautiful green gardens, the running track around the golf course, and the peaceful atmosphere just a few minutes' drive from the sandy beaches of Maspalomas.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus in einer tollen Anlage im Süden der Insel. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über einen tollen, teils nicht einsehbaren Garten. Der für ein Privathaus recht große Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben hier eine perfekte Woche der Ruhe genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Heerlijk, schoon en goed ingedeeld huis met gezellige terras (in de schaduw) en lounge set (in de zon). Uitstekend restaurant in het hotel met uitgebreid buffet voor een zeer redelijke prijs. Wat ontbreekt zijn de instructie boekjes voor tv, kookplaat ed. Voor de rest zeer goed verzorgd.
