This holiday villa is located within the complex "Vista Golf", in Salobre Golf Resort, a private and unique complex in the south of Gran Canaria, only 10 minutes by car from the tourist areas of Maspalomas and Meloneras.
This private villa has 2 double bedrooms: on the ground floor, there is one bedroom with two single beds and a complete bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as direct access to the garden and swimming pool; the main bedroom, on the upper floor, has a double bed and direct access to the upper solarium with sunbeds.
There is another bathroom with shower upstairs.
The interior of the Vista Golf 10 villa is bright, functional and spacious.
It consists of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you may need for a pleasant stay: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave...
Outside this charming holiday home, there is an outdoor dining area and a seating area right next to the private swimming pool, which can be heated (with a supplement), comfortable sunloungers for sunbathing, a barbecue and beautiful views over the golf course.

Conditions This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited.
Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.
Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 500 euros is required to cover possible damages that may be caused.
This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
A dog is allowed paying a fee for the total duration of the stay.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Heerlijke locatie, prachtig zwembad, goede slaapkamers, badkamers mogen wel een update krijgen, zeker de douchevloer en kitranden, kozijn naar slaapkamer heeft waterschade gehad en moet vervangen worden. Tijdens ons verblijf werden er zonnepanelen bij de buren geplaatst, waardoor we geen privacy hadden.

Wunderbare Lage, schöner Pool, gute Schlafzimmer, die Badezimmer könnten jedoch eine Renovierung vertragen, insbesondere der Duschboden und die Dichtungen. Der Fensterrahmen im Schlafzimmer wurde durch Wasser beschädigt und muss ersetzt werden. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden am Nachbarhaus Solarpaneele installiert, wodurch wir keinerlei Privatsphäre hatten.

Das Haus war top gereinigt, die Ausstattung sehr modern, die Betten bequem, die Küche sehr gut ausgerüstet, inkl.Geschirrspüler. Der Aussenbereich war traumhaft schön, mit genügend Gartenmöbel.
