Extraordinary Mediterranean style villa carefully decorated located in Balcón del Mar, with private pool, garden and spectacular sea views. The villa with capacity for 8 people is perfect for a family holiday, as it has numerous spaces to enjoy wonderful days on the Mediterranean coast. The Accommodation
The villa of 252 m² with capacity for 8 people offers the perfect balance between spaciousness, comfort and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. Its four-storey design combines Mediterranean style with all the modern comforts to guarantee an unforgettable stay in Jávea.
As soon as you enter, on the main floor (floor 0), the villa surprises you with a spacious and bright living room equipped with a large sofa, ducted air conditioning, Smart TV and free WiFi. Its large windows connect directly to the outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy the private swimming pool, outdoor dining area, outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, sunbeds and a cosy chill out area with spectacular sea views. The floor is completed with an elegant indoor wooden dining room and an open plan kitchen with bar, fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, complete kitchenware and all the necessary utensils.
Up some stairs, on the first floor (floor 1), there are two bedrooms with queen size beds, both bright and comfortable. On the same floor there is a full bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, on the top floor (floor 2), is the master bedroom, with king size bed, large dressing room and an en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. From here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and Cabo de la Nao, a privileged corner to relax and unwind.
Finally, on the lower level (floor -1), there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, as well as a guest toilet and a practical laundry area with washing machine, dryer and iron.

The villa is located in the urbanization of Balcón del Mar in Jávea, a quiet residential area and next to the famous "Cabo la Nao", with several viewpoints and small beaches nearby such as "Cala en Caló" at only 2 km, "Cala Ambolo" and "La Granadella". There are several services in the surroundings, among them the well known restaurant "Mirador de Jávea" at 1 km and a supermarket "Wimark Supermercado" at 700m. Although supermarkets and restaurants can be found all around, the Arenal area of Jávea is only 6 kilometres away, which has the only sandy beach in Jávea and numerous services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars. The airport "ALC" is 100 km away. It is advisable to have a car to move around the area.
