In the ancient stone village of Montorfano, built with granite quarried from the mountain itself and famous worldwide, a hamlet of Mergozzo, on the first floor of an old and typical stone house, completely and luxuriously renovated, is the wonderful Ca’ Vincenza, a charming boutique apartment.
The living room has a seating area with a large TV and a modern designer kitchen open onto it.
In front of the entrance, surrounded by flowers, there is an outdoor dining table for four people.
Available to guests are two bedrooms with double beds, both with a beautiful designer bathroom with a shower.
The amenities available to guests are of the highest standard.
Near the house, there is a small garden equipped with sun loungers and an umbrella, which is shared with Ca’ Luigia, the other apartment on the ground floor of the house.
Ca’ Vincenza and Luigia can be rented together for a larger group of guests.
The parking area of the village of Montorfano is only a 50-meter walk away.
This ancient village is a charming and unique place to spend a holiday in absolute tranquility amidst the greenery and nature of this old village, far from the noise of crowded lakeside resorts, but with the possibility of reaching the beach and Lake Mergozzo in just a 10-minute walk, through a comfortable road descending from the mountain.
