The gîte, fitted out in an old brick and flint barn, is at the entrance to the property, access to which is shared with the gîte ref. G1576, belonging to the same owners, as well as with their house situated in the large landscaped garden.

It adjoins the gîte ref. G1576 and is separated from the latter by an open riding arena and a wood storage room.

A small private garden of 100 m², equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and deckchairs, is located at the front of the gîte, with no facing neighbours.
