Great and unique seafront location in La Carihuela, Torremolinos.
Few meters from the beach, restaurants and shopping.
The apartment is located on the 7th floor and there is of course a lift.
The view from the terrace is marvellous and much better than what the photos show.
The apartment includes; a nice hall, 2 spacious bedrooms.
Master Bedroom contains a double bed, built in wardrobe and bathroom en-suite with bath.
The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, built in wardrobe and desk.
Both bedrooms have like the rest of the apartment built-in air conditioning.
The apartment's second bathroom can be found in the hallway and includes a bathtub.
The living room is arranged with a nice dining table arrangement, comfortable leather sofa with footrests and back that can be folded down, 55 "flat screen TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and cozy dining area for 2 people.
There is access to the south facing terrace from both the living room and kitchen.
The terrace has like mentioned an amazing view to the Mediterranean sea.
The terrace is furnished with table, chairs and sunblind.
A shared pool is available in the common area at the facility open all year.

Dejlig beliggenhed
Rullegardiner skal virke optimalt.Problemer i stue og masterbedroom.
Den ene seng knirker voldsomt i enkeltsengsværelse.
Badeafløb bør renses.
Toilet masterbedroom løber.
Indkøb af solstole til poolområdet ville være dejligt !

De ligging is geweldig, het uitzicht ook.
De grootte van het appartement en de voorzieningen in de keuken.
De grote badkamer had een doordringende rioolgeur en het toilet bleef constant druppen. Heel moeilijk om in slaap te geraken hierdoor.
In de hall was de muur die aan de kleine badkamer grenst beschimmeld, dit werd erger naarmate we de douche gebruikten.
Daardoor last aan de ogen en luchtwegen.
Heel ongezond.

Its the second time we stay at this wonderful apartment, and we couldn't ask for a better place. The apartment is spacious, with all modern appliances, and the view is spectacular, and only one minute from the busy life, restaurants, shops and a beautiful walk along the promenade. We can definitely recommend this lovely apartment
