The garage is not available for guest use. ⸻ House Rules (Please Read): We’re excited to share this special home with you—please help us keep it beautiful by following these important rules: • No smoking anywhere on the property (indoors or out) – $2,000 violation fee and immediate removal apply • No pets due to allergies – $500/day fee for violations and immediate removal apply • No parties or events – Quiet hours: 9:30 PM to 8:00 AM • Swimming is at your own risk – No diving or running on dock or rocks • Septic system – Only toilet paper in toilets.
No wipes (even flushable). • Guest count must match reservation.
Day visitors or extra guests must be approved in advance.
Unapproved guests = $150/person/day • Campfires allowed only in fire pit, and only when no burn bans are in effect • Damage or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges • Early check-in or late checkout? Just ask! We’re happy to accommodate when possible.
