Nestled in the corner on a short private street, this cute and cozy 3-bedroom 2.5-bathroom home is the perfect spot for a peaceful retreat! Fully fenced, you and yours can grill up delicious meals on the gas BBQ - direct gas line hook-up - or share stories over s'mores around the firepit, all in your own privacy.
The beach is just around the corner and is accessible by either vehicle or walking. Driving is just under 2 minutes and about 5 - 7 minutes for walking. Just keep in mind that you will be going downhill to the beach, and uphill on the way back!
4 minutes to Seabrook!
Step inside, you are greeted with an open concept layout that seamlessly connects the cozy living room w/ fireplace to the round dinning table and to the kitchen island w/ seating. Our well-appointed kitchen has all the basic amenities, cookware / bakeware and cooking tools you need, and more! The powder room is located by the corner near the door to the backyard.
Upstairs you'll find all 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a cute reading nook where you can hear the ocean. King bed, private bath (shower only) and a walk-in closet. Other bedrooms have queen beds and closets, and shares a spacious hall bath with a shower tub combo.
We welcome 1 pet dog that are well behaved and housetrained. Please make sure to check the box that you are bring a pet dog. The pet fee is $75 per stay. If you plan to bring 2 dogs please let us know.
*** Additional fees for excessive cleaning, unapproved pets, undisclosed guests, smoking, and vehicles. Failure to comply to the House Rules will result in additional fees and subject to eviction.
