The entrance to the courtyard features wrought iron gates, and the modernist mosaic flooring in the entrance hall and on the first floor are original. Two tree-lined avenues, El Paseo del Limonar and El Paseo de Miramar, have been at the heart of Málaga's finest residential area for 100 years.

Hacienda Clavero is located on Ramos Carrión street, which branches off Miramar towards Santa Paula.

The city center is 5 km from the house and a 3-minute drive from the E15 highway, Limonar exit.

Málaga Airport is 25 km away, a 15-20 minute drive. The property sits on a plot of approximately 4,000 m², divided between the house and its communal outdoor areas.
