Magic Sea Front is a beautiful apartment with wonderful views. If you are looking for relaxation, to hear the sound of the sea and not be in the heart of the town, this apartment is an excellent choice.

It is located in the exclusive Punta Gaviota residential area, just a few minutes from the centre of Sitges by car. The residential area is a 10-minute walk from the port of Sitges and the beaches of Aiguadolç and about 25 minutes walk from the town. It has a parking area but it is not possible to reserve a space.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed, during the winter you can see the sunrise. The bathroom has a bathtub with a hydromassage and a shower with a rain shower with sea views. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 additional people.

The views give this apartment a plus. It has air conditioning in the living room, heating and Wi-Fi. The windows have thermal and acoustic insulation, double glazing and quality enclosures.

The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped for your comfort.

There is a lovely communal pool for exclusive use and gardens with sea views.

It is located about 10 minutes walk from Aiguadolç beach and about 3 minutes from a beautiful little cove.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
