Cozy apartment of 55 sqm, can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the third floor of a building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people - steps to access). We are about 10 minutes walk from the center of Asti and Corso Vittorio Alfieri, where the main monuments are located and the historical parades of the Palio di Asti and all the main cultural and gastronomic tourist events.


Available parking space - maximum length 3.60 meters.

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), dining table, double sofa bed, single bed, TV, split A/C and access to balcony I;

- BEDROOM with double bed, chest of drawers, desk and access to balcony II;

- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC;

- BALCONY I with awning and table;

- BALCONY II.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, air conditioning (a split in the living room), washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, vertical iron.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 04/16/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 10.6.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The ignition period and the daily ignition duration depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation.

Known as the city of the houndred towers, Asti is located in the heart of Piedmont, in the midst of wonderful hills famous all over the world for their wines: Monferrato, Langhe, Roero. The city is full of medieval monuments, mostly concentrated along Corso Alfieri, the main street: in addition to the homonymous Palace and Theater, you can't miss a visit to the numerous churches, including the wonderful Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta and San Gottardo, the Crypt Sant'Anastasio and the Clock Tower, symbol of the city.
