Information about the host
Well-kept non-smoking guesthouse in a beautiful, sunny location, with stunning views of meadows and the Berchtesgaden mountains in Schönau am Königssee. An ideal starting point for hikes and excursions, 60 km of cleared winter hiking trails, and the family ski area Jenner with new snowmaking system (guaranteed snow from the summit to the valley). Feel at home in comfortably furnished rooms with shower/WC, balcony and partly SAT-TV. Fun and variety are offered in winter by a cross-country ski trail that runs directly past the house.

Arrival Description
You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg. Take the exit Bad Reichenhall. This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (If you continue driving VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs to Berchtesgaden.You will pass through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and finally come to the large traffic circle at the train station Berchtesgaden.Take the exit Schönau a. K. and drive uphill the road, past the mountain cemetery of Schönau am Königssee. Drive about 1 km to the entrance of the village. Pass through the 30 km/h zone and drive along the road. Turn right at the intersection and after 400 m turn left. You are now in Storchenstraße.
