The attractive house is spread over 2 levels and offers a living room, a kitchen, four bedrooms (two of which have air conditioning), and three bathrooms.
From the living room and the kitchen, you have direct access to the approx. 800 m² sun garden with barbecue; the terrace in front is covered and is ideally suited as an al fresco dining room! To first cook in a cozy atmosphere and then dine together here with a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding area will be a unique experience for everyone involved.
Privacy is another advantage of the villa, as the approx. 200 m² living space guarantees everyone the opportunity to find their space for a relaxing holiday in a sophisticated atmosphere.
Should you miss the outside world despite all the amenities during your holiday, free Wi-Fi internet access is available.
The infinity pool (approx. 9 m x 5 m x 1.5 m, open from mid-April to mid-October depending on the weather) with loungers and an outdoor shower is a highlight.
Young guests are also well catered for: in addition to a slide, a small table with chairs, a cot, and a high chair are available.
