Large separate lawn for each flat with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasols, barbecue area
A small petting zoo with dwarf goats and a children's playground is available, but it is located away from the quiet zone of the lawn.
All cars have a guaranteed carport space and there is also a charging station for electric cars.

You ski or snowboard down to the Sonnleiten lifts and the ski school meeting point in front of your flat and at the end of your ski run you take the lift back up and directly to your sun terrace of the Kristall house. This is almost unique in Abtenau:
