Welcome to our little red elevated house on the Weser River.
Our holiday home, built on stilts, features one bedroom with a double bed (200 cm x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe.
A small, separate balcony to enjoy the sunrise also belongs to the bedroom.
A second bedroom has bunk beds (90 cm x 200 cm).
The bathroom with natural light includes a shower, sink, toilet, a washing machine, and a dryer.
The new and modern, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher.
The adjacent living and dining area has a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa, a TV, and a great view of passing ships.
When the weather is nice, feel free to use the spacious balcony, including a wind-protected area.
The balcony is equipped with a seating area for 4 chairs and a table, as well as a parasol.
The port of Brake is within sight, as is the Sandstedt ferry.
The Weser River flows approximately 50 meters away.
Bed linen and towels can be booked additionally per person.

The small red stilt house is located in Sandstedt, in the Rechtenfleth district. The house stands virtually directly on the Weser river, protected from flooding by stilts 3 meters high. The Weser Cycle Path leads past the house, placing you centrally for day trips to Bremen, Bremerhaven, Cuxhaven, Stade, or towards the Jade Bay.

Das Haus ist perfekt für max. 4 Personen. Alles ist recht einfach gehalten, aber völlig ausreichend für ein paar Tage Auszeit!
Bei jeder Wetterlage hat mal einen tollen Blick auf die Weser.
Die Betten sind bequem.
Kleine Kinder muss man etwas beaufsichtigen, da die Treppe steil ist, oder das Balkongeländer zum Klettern verleitet.
