The bright and friendly apartment impresses with a modern living/dining area with an adjoining kitchen and a cozy double bedroom with direct sea views – space for up to 2 people.
A second, air-conditioned bedroom is available optionally. The highlight is the approximately 28 m² partially covered sun terrace.
It offers not only shade but also a spectacular panoramic view of the open sea.
Enter the apartment through the floor-to-ceiling sliding door directly from this terrace and start every day with breakfast against this unique backdrop. Enjoy the amenities of the complex practically right at your doorstep: Whether you decide on a refreshing dip in the sea via the residence's private access or prefer to relax by the communal pool – both are just a few steps away.
The latter is accompanied by a restaurant with spectacular sea views.
The excellent infrastructure also includes two other restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket for spontaneous needs, though it remains closed from November to March. The outstanding location continues in the immediate vicinity: Both the magnificent sandy beaches of Paguera and the picturesque pebble cove of Cala Fornells are within easy walking distance.

Cala Fornells is a quiet location directly adjacent to Paguera. The town center and beaches of Paguera are easily accessible on foot and offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Along the promenade, you will find numerous shops, boutiques, as well as restaurants and cafes serving international and local cuisine. You will also find many nice cafes and restaurants overlooking the sea and the beach in front of them along the various beach promenades. Cala Fornells itself has a small beach cove with rather coarse gravel, which is also well-suited for swimming. A little further on, you will also find space for sunbathing on large stone terraces. Through a small wood, you can reach other beautiful gravel coves with wonderfully clear water.

Das Apartment hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick vom eigenen Balkon. Außerdem die Anlage einen direkten Meerzugang (ohne Strand). Es ist bestens ausgestattet, zb Sonnenliegen, Waschmaschine, küchenutensilien. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Einkaufen, Sandstrand, Restaurants etc.
Kein versprochenes WLAN, Duschwand kaputt, Wasser fließt nur sehr langsam ab. Direkt am pool leider keine Liegen. Unflexibler check-in außerhalb der vorher kommunizierten Zeiten.
