The interior space is organized as follows

LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (including a gas stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, oven, and kitchen utensils), dining table, and split A/C;

SLEEPING AREA with a double bed, two single beds (one pull-out), wardrobe, TV, and split A/C;

BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heating and air conditioning via split units (one split in the living area and one in the sleeping area), clothes rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.


PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have an elevator - the apartment is located on the second floor.

There is a step to access the shower.

Heating is provided through split A/C units.


The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.
