People on the Property: - The house is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of the guests. - The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children. - The property can only accommodate the number of people in the reservation, and there can be no additional people staying/visiting the property at the same time. Check-in: - The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years. - A €500 damage deposit is payable upon arrival.
For groups under 25 years old, the damage deposit is €1000.
Payment can be made by blocking on a bank card or in cash.
If paying in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for bank transfer refund.
Refunds will not be made in cash on the day of check-out under any circumstances. - No refund or financial compensation will be provided under any circumstances for your reservation.
Any incident must be reported immediately to allow for prompt management. - It is mandatory for all guests to present a legal official identification document (ID card or passport) at check-in.
Other documents will not be accepted. - Key collection takes place at the accommodation between 16:00 and 19:00. - No refunds will be given for failure to appear on the check-in day. - Mandatory payment of tourist tax: €1.75 per night per person (over 16 years old), maximum payment for 7 nights. Cleaning: - The house must be left tidy, with dishes cleaned and garbage deposited in the street bins before check-out.
Otherwise, a €100 fee will be charged from the security deposit. - IMPORTANT: In properties where pets are accepted, their owners must ensure they pick up their waste and clean up urine.

Fantastic
Das Haus ist sauber, modern eingerichtet und bietet eine schöne Aussicht. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und Grill, sowie die ruhige Lage sind das Highlight. Wir waren begeistert und können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen

Nous avons passés 3 jours au sein de cette magnifique villa situé à une trentaine de minutes de Barcelone, nous n’avons eux aucun soucis, le logement correspondait aux photos. Merci pour l’accueil, je recommande le coin est paisible
