Paseo del Mar is a fresh and spacious three-bedroom apartment located in the centre of Jávea Port.
Overlooking a well-known pedestrian street with its tapas bars and cafés, the apartment is a short walk from the pebble beach of La Grava and the lovely boutiques, restaurants and bars scattered throughout the Port. Inside, the spacious dining room and independent kitchen make evenings in the apartment a delight.
The comfortable sofa and smart TV are perfect for a relaxing afternoon or a movie night, and the balcony, small but perfectly formed, is the ideal place to savour a well-chilled glass of cava or read a good book. There are two good-sized bedrooms and a single bedroom that offers plenty of space for the fifth guest.
The main bedroom has a Super King bed of 180 x 200 cm, while the other rooms offer single beds of 90 x 190 cm. All mattresses are of superior quality and perfect for a good night's rest after a busy day at the beach.
The two bathrooms have plenty of storage space and heated towel rails. It's good to know: Although the apartment does not have its own parking, there are two large public car parks 5 minutes' walk from the property.
Once parked, you are likely to forget about the car until it's time to return home. JH Loves: The fabulous location, the spacious living room and that perfect little balcony. **Important Information** 1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund. 2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included.
A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded. 3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract (Commercial Registry No.: EGVT-478-A)

Service of Javea holiday is outstanding. Towel change, late check out because of my baby grandchild allowed. Appartement was very clean.
Location is peculiar, no parking possible though this was communicated adequatly.

Paseo del Mar was an excellent choice for us - a family of 4 adults. The arrival and entrance details were complete and seamless, managed by a company called Javea Holidays. L'appartement est très bien placé, bien équipé et parfaitement propre - Merci.
S'il y avait des équipements de plage, ce serait top : chaises (petites ou longues) de plage, un petit parasol.
