Villa Montgó was completely renovated in 2023 and is tastefully designed, modern, and spacious.
Outside the property, a private saltwater pool and a large stone patio surrounding the house stand out.
It features a wide variety of outdoor furniture for a comfortable stay, allowing children to play freely while you prepare the barbecue and enjoy meals on the rustically decorated porch with friends.
Inside the villa, you'll also find free Wi-Fi, a TV with internet connectivity for all your favorite shows, air conditioning only in the living room, and private outdoor parking for 3 cars within the estate.
All this will allow you to spend your time comfortably with your family. This modern villa is located in a heavenly area of l'Escala, just a 1-minute walk from Cala Montgó.
Montgó offers a variety of restaurants, and a supermarket is just 1 minute away.
Also nearby, you can find the Montgrí Natural Park, offering magnificent walks or bike rides through a pine forest. On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room with a separate kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower.
There is also a closed space for storing bicycles or surfboards.
In total, the house can sleep 4 people. Check-in: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

A deposit of €400 will be payable by card upon arrival and will be refunded within 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the final cleaning fee. Mandatory services: Tourist tax (for guests over 16 years old).

La casa está muy bien cuidada, bien decorada, cómoda, con piscina y barbacoa. La situación junto a la cala Montgó es maravillosa. Hemos disfrutado mucho en familia.

Die Nähe zum kleinen goldgelben Strand, zu einem wunderbaren Lokal (gleich schräg gegenüber) und dem Supermarkt haben dem Urlaub in diesem feinen Ferienhaus die Krone aufgesetzt.
