Our house was built in 1671.
The outer walls of the ground floor are up to 70 cm thick and made of rubble stone.
Above this is a rich baroque timber frame made of oak.
The ceiling height of the rooms is generous, even by today's standards.
The house was completely renovated between 2012 and 2016.
We placed great emphasis on high ecological standards and used the original building materials: wood, clay, and lime.
Room heating and hot water are generated by a wood pellet heating system.
Two comfortable holiday apartments were created: the "Bergblick" apartment on the ground floor with one bedroom (for up to 2 people) and the "Moseltal" apartment on the upper floor with two bedrooms (for up to 4 people).
If more space is needed, both holiday apartments in the house can be rented together as a large holiday home with a maximum of 6 sleeping places (3 bedrooms).
Numerous diverse hiking and cycling trails run directly by the house.
For daily needs (groceries), you will find everything in the neighboring village of Treis-Karden - easily accessible by bike or car.
The local bakery is just a few minutes' walk away.
Enjoy round trips and day trips to Cochem & Koblenz by boat on the Moselle River; the boat landing is located directly on the Moselle riverbank.
Our lovingly furnished house awaits its guests.
We look forward to providing you with a wonderful break here with us on the Moselle – welcome! A lockable, ground-level cellar offers storage space for bicycles.

Check-in from 3:00 PM / Check-out by 11:00 AM.
The invoiced amount is to be transferred after booking confirmation.
For last-minute bookings, full payment is due on-site in cash.
