The apartment which sleeps 4 people is on the seafront, the famous Promenade du Soleil, and just 1 minute from the beach.
It is ideal for friends or family who want a relaxing holiday in this charming resort.
The open-plan living space is on the corner of the building so is full of light thanks to two glass doors that open onto an elegant balcony that wraps around the building.
The front part of the balcony looks directly out over the sparkling Mediterranean.
Furnished with a café-style table and chairs it is the perfect spot for an aperitif or cup of coffee.
To the side of the building, the balcony has a dining table and chairs, for meals al fresco.
Indoors, the living room is furnished with a sofa, armchair and a satellite TV, as well as a unique dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and fridge/freezer.
A glass door leads directly to the balcony.
The residence has lovely indoor and outdoor shared swimming pools.
Guests can relax on sun loungers on the terrace after a refreshing dip.
Next to the pool guests will find a sauna, changing rooms and showers.

Bel appartement, bien que meublé des années 1970 ! Excellente literie, La vue est magnifique, splendides levers de soleil, en plein centre, avec un parking privé très accessible.
En plus lorsque nous avons eu un problème, Emanuele était bien présent pour nous trouver une solution.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial. Wir hatten eine gute Parkmöglichkeit direkt in der Tiefgarage.
Die Wohnung ist jedoch leider abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig.
