Description of the accommodation

In the communal garden of the typical Menorcan apartment complex, you can spread out your towel on the lawn and let yourself be pampered by the sun. Then jump into the 10 x 20 metre freshwater pool with a depth of 0.50 to 2 metres. The little ones can splash around in the separate children's pool. Of course there are also sun loungers on the pool terrace. On the private, furnished terrace of your flat, you can read a good book, have a coffee in the afternoon or grill a few delicacies for dinner. All the while, let your gaze wander over the communal garden. The flat is located in a residential complex and has direct neighbours.

The flat is on the 2nd floor of the building, without a lift. The air-conditioned living-dining room has a Smart TV, perfect for evenings together. The kitchen is open to the living area, has a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. You will find the peace and quiet you deserve in one of the 3 bedrooms: one has a double bed and the other two have 2 single beds each. There are 2 shower rooms for all occupants. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair on request.

The flat is located in a truly privileged area, as there are many places of interest nearby. The charming villages of Es Mercadal and Fornells, which preserve the essence of Menorca, are just a few kilometres away. Both invite you to stroll around with their white houses. Sample typical island cuisine in one of the many good restaurants. You can also do your shopping here. In the Talayotic excavations of Sa Torreta, you can learn more about the origins and history of the island's inhabitants. At the El Toro viewpoint, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Menorca. Finally, we recommend a visit to the Macar de Sa Llosa Natural Park, which has an unrivalled maritime landscape and where you can experience the Mediterranean with all your senses.

The pool is open from 01/04 to 31/10 from 9:00 to 21:00. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted. There is outdoor parking for 1 car. Please note that the opening and closing times of the communal pool are subject to the respective house rules and may vary depending on the season without prior notice.
