The elegant apartment is located on the 1st floor of a well-kept residential complex with 23 other apartments and is ideal for 2 people.
The location on the tourist tax-free beach alone offers a high level of recreational and leisure value.
You will live in a modern 2-room apartment with tasteful, individually designed rooms.
A fully equipped kitchen, high-quality, partly custom-made furniture and furnishings leave little to be desired.
The large number of built-in cupboards in the bathroom, cloakroom and bedroom offer space for a lot of things while leaving the rooms with a calm basic structure.
The light-flooded living, dining and cooking area invites you to linger in a cozy, relaxed manner.
From here you can access the south-facing balcony, which will give you wonderful and relaxing moments with a view of the Baltic Sea fjord at any time of the day.
On the ground floor there is a communal laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, and in the basement there is a dedicated underground parking space.
