Welcome to our Kaiserblick holiday flat Our high-quality guest flat is located in one of the most beautiful natural areas in Germany. Surrounded by mountains, in the small community of Anger. It is available to everyone who wants to relax in our dreamlike region. A beautiful day starts with a beautiful view. You have a fantastic view of the Stoißer Ache, the Teisenberg and the Staufen massif directly from your breakfast table. You can conveniently park your car in the car park directly in front of the holiday flat and there is also a dry and secure storage area reserved just for you for your bikes, skis or pushchairs. We care for you! If you like, we can provide a welcome basket with regional products (for an extra charge). So you'll have everything you need right after your arrival or for your first holiday breakfast. Included are: Butter, milk and yoghurt from Berchtesgadener Milchwerke in Piding, sausage and cheese from the Pickl family-run butcher's shop in Anger, fresh eggs and jam from the Kamml organic farm in Anger, honey from local beekeepers and bread from the bakery around the corner. And everything else you need for a real Bavarian snack.

Environment description
The neighbouring hiking trails and mountain bike trails start right on our doorstep, leading you through unspoilt forests and along lively meadows to enchanting mountain lakes and fantastic viewpoints. Our beautiful lakes, such as the Thumsee, Königssee or Chiemsee, are practically on our doorstep. Lake Höglwörth with its idyllic monastery is just 15 minutes away on foot, even for a short walk with a pushchair. Just one village further on, the Staufenbad Aufham outdoor pool invites you to linger on hot days. The great playground at the Porsche Toy Museum is also popular, and a visit to the museum is worthwhile even in bad weather.

Hi, we are Manu and Chriss - your hosts with heart and know-how. I, Manu, was born and raised here in Berchtesgarden and would like to share my love for this beautiful part of the world with you. We simply love life here and would like to share some of it with you. Alpine pasture and mountain lake, tradition and modernity, home and guests from all over the world - all so close together!

Moutainbikers and babymoon couples have it particularly good with us - with me, Manu, you have an experienced doula right in the house.I will also be happy to prepare you as a couple for the upcoming birth in a compact birth preparation course during your holiday.New parents are welcome to take part in an ongoing baby massage course for an additional charge.The pampering courses for the little ones take place directly in our hotel.For the cyclists and mountain bikers among you: Chriss is an experienced biker and knows the trails in the area like the back of his hand. Eating, sleeping, biking - you can also have all that with us without any problems. The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 0.60 per person/night for adults; EUR 0.40 per person/night for children from the age of 9 until they reach the age of majority; children up to the age of 9, severely disabled persons with a GdB of 50 % or more and business travellers are exempt from paying the visitor's tax.

Via the A8 Munich - Salzburg motorway. The penultimate exit before the Salzburg-Austria border is Anger.Attention, probably also the shortest in Germany ;-)From the exit you can reach our holiday flat in just a few minutes.

Description of the accommodation
Unsere Ferienwohnung Kaiserblick ist über das Erdgeschoss zugänglich und bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und/oder 1 Baby.

Die bodentiefen Fenster offenbaren den traumhaften Blick auf die Stoißer Ache, den Teisenberg und das Staufenmassiv.

Es erwartet euch eine helle, warme 56m² – Wohnung mit moderner Ausstattung.

Das separate Schlafzimmer hält ein gemütliches 180x200m Boxspring-Doppelbett und einen geräumigen Kleiderschrank bereit. Die Fenster lassen sich komplett verdunkeln. Falls ihr ein Kinderreisebettchen braucht, ist das kein Problem. Meldet euch gern bei uns.

Im Wohn- und Essbereich findet ihr, eine gemütliche Couch, die zur Schlafcouch umfunktioniert werden kann, einen Fernseher, sowie ein paar Bücher und Prospekte mit Ausflugstipps und einige Spiele. Kostenfreies W-Lan ist selbstverständlich auch dabei.

Der Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen, mit Blick auf das Bergpanorama ist der optimale Sitzplatz für entspannte Mahlzeiten und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Einen Kinderhochstuhl sowie Kindergeschirr gibt‘s bei Bedarf dazu.

Zum Kochen und Essenmachen ist alles Notwendige da. Kühlschrank, Herd mit Ceran-Kochfeld, Backofen gehören genauso zur Ausstattung der Küche wie eine Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und ein Toaster.

Das behagliche Badezimmer ist voll ausgestattet mit Dusche, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Handtücher zum duschen sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
