Description of the accommodation

The sea view from the veranda and the private garden make this small house an exceptional place to spend a few days of holiday, rest and relaxation. From the garden there is direct access to a rocky beach where you can enjoy a swim. The garden staircase leads to the entrance of the house, but not before passing the beautiful veranda with deckchairs, chairs and a table where you can enjoy a good meal outdoors while enjoying the sea view.

The interior of the house is spread over one floor and is decorated in a rustic style. At the entrance of the house we find a very bright, open space where we find the first living room of the house and the dining room. This room has two armchairs and a very comfortable sofa where you can watch a film in the evening thanks to the Smart TV. The dining room is ideal to eat with your companions the food prepared on the gas cooker, which is equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably throughout your stay. The second living room has another TV, a sofa and an armchair. When it's time to sleep, there are 4 bedrooms for all guests, all with wardrobes and fans for the warmest nights. Three bedrooms have a double bed and the fourth has a bunk bed. Finally, there are two full bathrooms with shower and one bathroom without shower throughout the house. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are provided. You can use the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house is located in Marina Manresa, 1.4 km from the town of Alcudia, where you will find all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc.. At 3.6 km you will find the port of Alcudia, a beautiful promenade with many leisure options and restaurants where you can enjoy the local gastronomy. If you want to play a day of golf, you can opt for the Alcanada Golf Club, which is 7 km from the complex. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted.

Tourist licence: ETV/11151On the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa. This tax must be paid by the guest.
