Around the pool you will find sun loungers perfect for soaking up the Spanish sun. For al fresco dining and entertaining, there is a gas barbecue, dining table and covered kitchen, ensuring you can enjoy alfresco meals. Also, outside, there is a guest toilet.



Upstairs, the main living room is designed for relaxing and socialising. Step out onto the covered terrace, furnished with a dining table, where you can enjoy meals with a view. Inside, the open-plan living room has two comfortable sofas, a TV, air conditioning and another dining table, creating a cosy space to gather. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances including fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker.



The upper level also includes two bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a double bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe, providing a restful retreat. The second bedroom is cosy with a small double bed and a wardrobe. A contemporary bathroom serves this floor, equipped with a shower, two sinks and a toilet.



For added privacy, the downstairs study is a fantastic feature. This separate area includes a living room with sofa, dining table, TV and air conditioning. It houses two additional bedrooms, both with air conditioning: one with a double bed and wardrobe, and the other with two single beds, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.
