Located less than 300m from the supermarkets, bakery and cheese shop, this flat with terrace and access to the garden is on the ground floor of the owners' house.
The cycle path leading to Annecy is 400m away and the lake 500m.
So everything you need for a successful holiday!
The accommodation
refurbished early 2024
- 1 bedroom with 160x200cm bed and storage space
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower
- 1 separate WC
- Fully equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious living room
- 1 TV corner with sofa
- West-facing terrace with barbecue
- Access to the garden (to be shared with the owners' friendly dog!)
TV, Wifi, washing machine, and fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher...
A parking space is reserved for you, you can leave your bikes under the stairs that go to the 1st floor
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm until 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
In the same way, on the day of your departure, a late departure will be permitted if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
