This oasis features wonderful exteriors with imposing sea views, views of the famous Los Gigantes cliffs, and the most spectacular sunsets with the island of La Gomera on the horizon.
Whether from the pool, the Jacuzzi, the sun loungers, the Balinese bed, or the hanging swing, you will always have a sea view.
It also has an outdoor dining area to enjoy lunches and dinners, always with the sea as the setting.
Being located in the southwest of the island, it enjoys the best and warmest climate year-round.
The interior of the villa is just as impressive.
It consists of a spacious living room with a TV and access to the terrace, a separate, fully equipped kitchen highlighted by large windows with stunning sea views, a master bedroom with two joined 90 cm beds, a bedroom with a 1.50 m bed, a separate dressing room, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and another bathroom with a shower.
Air conditioning is located in the master bedroom and the kitchen.
This holiday home is very special and recommended for those who appreciate experiencing days in such a unique and exclusive setting.
Just a 10-minute walk away is the small tourist town of Playa de La Arena, which offers all types of bars and restaurants, supermarkets, and various leisure activities, such as yacht rentals or boat excursions to discover whales and dolphins in their natural habitat.
In the opposite direction is the beginning of a promenade that leads to the typical Canarian coastal village of Alcalá.
Along the promenade, you will find pebble beaches, small coves with fine sand, natural pools, and also various sports areas.
The main hub of activity in this town is concentrated around the pier and the village square.
Nature and hiking enthusiasts must not miss a visit to the nearby Teno Massif with the famous Masca Ravine.
It is a unique holiday home, perfect for individual travelers who wish to experience a dream vacation away from mass tourism and on the frontline of the sea.
The holding of events and parties is expressly prohibited, as is access by individuals not included in the reservation.
We also kindly ask you to respect the neighbors' rest by not making noise after 10:00 PM.
Our guests agree that only and exclusively the alarm camera located on the exterior of the main entrance door of the property will remain functional during their stay.

Wir, meine Tochter und ich, hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, den wir sogar spontan verlängert haben. Die Villa war super und noch besser, fast unschlagbar, der Außenbereich so nah am Meer. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ausgezeichnet.
