La Grange d'Emma welcomes you.

This beautiful, spacious, and bright property with character is nestled at an altitude of 900m in a large wooded park with a breathtaking view of the Chartreuse Regional Natural Park. You will love the fiery sunsets from the sheltered terrace or by the fireside, as well as the large living spaces and the countryside right at your doorstep. The small village of Les Adrets is full of charm.

It has a small shop, "La marmite des Adrets" (grocery store, café, restaurant), located 2 km away.

The picturesque "Route du Balcon de Belledonne" passes through it, winding through the small typical villages of the massif. 7 km from the 7 Laux ski resorts, you can enjoy numerous outdoor activities in all seasons, including: downhill skiing, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, ski touring, mountain biking (including 6 downhill trails), tennis, archery, hiking, treetop adventure courses, swimming, and more. In the valley, you will find cinemas, museums, castles, karting, and water sports centers like La Terrasse and Le Bois Français. A charming 90m² gîte for 4 people: on the garden level, there is a living room-kitchen and a toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, and dishwasher. On the intermediate level, there is a lounge with a fireplace and TV, Bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140x190 cm), and a bathroom with a toilet.

On the second level, there is Bedroom 2 (2 single beds 90x200 cm that can be combined into a double bed 180x200 cm) with a sink.

Bed linen is included; towels are optional. In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and a refrigerator-freezer. A large terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, plus parking.

Possibility to store your skis and bicycles upon request. Electric heating, WI-FI.

Communal parking is available 50m from the gîte.

Shuttle buses to the ski resort are less than 100m away. This old stone barn, typical of the Belledonne massif and full of charm, is a perfect base for a family holiday for 4 in the mid-mountains.

The environment of La Grange d'Emma and the sunsets will delight both young and old.

It is also ideal for sports enthusiasts and lovers of wide-open spaces. Come for two weeks; one week will not be enough to discover everything!
