Welcome to this fantastic property in Los Gigantes! This bright and spacious townhouse is located in the coastal town of Los Gigantes, in a very quiet residential area.
It stands out for its impressive views of the Atlantic Ocean and the neighboring island of La Gomera, as well as for the most beautiful sunsets in Tenerife. From the entrance terrace, you access the large and cozy living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet.
Two large glass doors offer panoramic views and access to the approximately 30 m2 terrace.
A dining table, a barbecue, 2 sun loungers, and a parasol provide many moments of relaxation with mild temperatures year-round.
Wi-Fi and TV are available for our guests. On the ground floor, there is a laundry room with cleaning supplies.
A staircase leads to the upper floor.
There you will find the spacious master bedroom with air conditioning, a private terrace with sea views, two full bathrooms with bathtubs, and one of them with an additional shower.
At the end of the hallway is another bedroom with air conditioning. The urbanization features a playground, 2 community pools, and a children's pool with a terrace and sun loungers.
Although not heated, they can be used year-round due to the warm southern temperatures.
The urbanization is very quiet, and street parking is usually available.
