The property, built over the historic Mozarabic cave paintings, offers an ideal orientation to enjoy the wonderful sunsets that bathe the house with warm light in the evenings. In just three minutes walk you can reach the centre of the village, where you will find the Town Hall, bars, restaurants and all kinds of services and shops. The rustic kitchen is fully equipped - including fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and more - and connects to a private patio with outdoor furniture to enjoy evenings outdoors and sunsets. 🍳🔥




The ground floor also houses two bedrooms: one with two single trundle beds and the other with a single bed, both comfortable for a restful sleep. The bathroom with a large shower completes this floor. A charming staircase leads to the upper floor, where a master bedroom with a double bed awaits you. This space includes an en-suite bathroom, a large dressing room and a reading area with windows that provide natural light and the warmth of wood, creating an intimate and special corner. 🛏️📚
