When you sit on the balcony or terrace in front of one of the chalets in Oberlaiming in the evening, the first thing you'll notice is the silence.

As the sunbeams disappear behind the mountain peaks, chirping birds bid farewell to the day, or cowbells ring from the mountain meadow.

Anyone who comes here for a holiday has already come a good deal closer to heaven on earth.

And this is not just because this holiday home is situated at an altitude of almost 900 meters. Our four holiday homes, built entirely from our own timber and located in the Kitzbühel Alps above the small, idyllic village of Itter, offer space for a relaxing holiday in 14 holiday apartments.

The timber construction creates a pleasant indoor climate using natural materials sourced directly from the region.

Integrated within this is the modern technology that is now standard. We'll already be unfolding the deck chair for you and firing up the sauna (the sauna will be available from December 2023).

At our reception, you'll be greeted with Tyrolean hospitality, and we'll be happy to show you all the amenities of our chalets – from the ski room to the washing machine, and from the lounge to your very own apartment. In the "Hohe Salve" house (House 1), there are two apartments on the first floor.

In the other three timber buildings, "Alpenrose" (House 2), "Schafsiedl" (House 3), and "Wilder Kaiser" (House 4), there are four apartments ready for you in each.

All are equipped with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with a living area, and a bathroom with a shower/toilet. To ensure you feel comfortable, Brigitte and her team are happy to be at your service.

We'll gladly show you which hiking and cycling routes you can use directly from your chalet.
