This bright apartment is perfect for visiting the city and the mountains. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, it is adjacent to another studio, sharing a common entrance hall. This studio is 25 m² big and includes a living area with a double bed, a quiet balcony facing south-east, an open and equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hotplates, refrigerator), and a bathroom with Italian shower.


The following equipment will be at your disposal: vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, ironing equipment, fan, Wifi, television, soap kit, shampoo, shower gel per person.


Sheets and towels are not included in the cleaning fees, but can be provided at extra cost.


There is no keybox available for this apartment, arrivals are allowed up to 10pm.

After 10pm and whatever the reason is, no key handover will be possible.


The location of the studio will be a real asset. The avenue du Pont Neuf is ideally located. You will also stay close to the access roads to Annecy, as well as the train station. The Louis Lachenal walk will take you to the heart of the old town by walking along the Thiou river (+/-10 minutes) and discover: the Museum-Castle of Annecy, the Gardens of Europe, the Palais de I'Île, the Pont des Amours, and many others... All amenities are nearby: various bars, restaurants, shops... For your shopping, a supermarket "Carrefour City" is at 6 minutes walk.
