We are pleased to welcome you to our lovely, two-bedroom apartment. The apartment is conveniently located by the beach and also quite near the town center. In the surrounding area you can find one of the most well-known golf courses; Benalmádena Costa. Restaurants, supermarkets, and local attractions are all within a short walk.

The neighborhood is very calm and of good quality. So if you are a light sleeper, this property is something for you.

The apartment being so well located makes exploring Benalmádena much more convenient and comfortable.

With more than 300 days of sun per year, Benalmádena is the perfect gem to escape the European winter. Near the property you don’t only have the beach, but also other various opportunities to experience.

We for example like to enjoy fabulous walks through the Puerto Deportivo de Benalmádena and along its promenade and the calm peace in Paloma Park.

The property has an traditional Andalusian decor and a large terrace with views of the mountains. Not only ideal for family and friends, but also very accessible business trips.

The local train station is situated 5 minutes away by car and you can take a taxi for about 6 euros to the city center, which will allow you to enjoy all of Benalmádena and its surroundings without the need of a vehicle. (Málaga city center, Torremolinos and Fuengirola). If you like sports, there are tennis and paddle tennis courts, golf courses, hiking trails, parks, a marina, surfing, and scuba diving, all of which are very close to our property.
