After a spacious entrance area with a seating corner, the first floor leads to the living room with a large window front and balcony.

In the living room, the sofa bed offers two additional sleeping places.

Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available.

The bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe offers a beautiful view of the green surroundings.

Directly next door is the bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet.

The eat-in kitchen with a pantry and balcony is fully equipped with an oven, extractor hood, electric stove, coffee machine, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, and kettle. At Refugium am Höcherberg, you will find an individual, cozy, and bright vacation apartment with a beautiful view.

Conveniently located yet close to nature, it is an ideal starting point for hikes, cycling and mountain bike tours, and horseback riding in the Jägersburger Weiher local recreation area and the Northern Palatinate Bergland.

Numerous premium hiking trails and the Saarland Cycle Route are also in close proximity. In this land of short distances, the state capital Saarbrücken, numerous museums, historical sites, and industrial monuments such as the UNESCO World Heritage Völklingen Ironworks invite you to explore and experience culture.

Here in Bexbach, you will find the Saarland Mining Museum. By car, you can reach Trier, Metz, Luxembourg, Strasbourg, Frankfurt, Mainz, Heidelberg, the Northern Vosges, and the Palatinate Forest within one to one and a half hours. Payment is due on-site in cash, via Paypal, EC card/Maestro, or credit card. Arrival is possible between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Departure is possible until 10:00 AM. Other arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation. Please contact us in good time if necessary to arrange this. Key handover will be done in person on-site or via a key safe.

You will receive the code for this in good time before your arrival. A maximum of one pet is allowed, for a fee of €5 per pet/night.
